In additional to the standard 10 year structural defects warranty, we provide a two year snagging period in which we will return to deal with any relevant defects that occasionally occur from time to time.

We have an experienced full time Maintenance Manager who deals personally with every item and will organise specialist trades as required. All we ask is for our customers to write or e-mail our head office setting out their defects clearly. Our Maintenance Manager will then be in contact to make an appointment to inspect and then arrange for the items to be resolved as soon as practically possible.
