Francis Jackson Homes have recently obtained detailed planning permission (Ref: R10/0534) for four individually designed, three, four and five bedroomed homes in the heart of the popular and well located village of Wolvey. The site backs on to open fields and is the former farmyard to the adjacent Grade II listed Wolvey Hall.

We have recently started on site and expect first completions from summer 2012 onwards. We are pleased to announce that Plot 1 has been reserved off plan and whilst the remaining plots will not be formally marketed until later this spring, we will consider taking early reservations from buyers in a position to proceed.
