Our Approach

Properties built to last using traditional materials and techniques

Our aim is to offer our customers as much choice and input into their new house as possible (subject, of course, to the stage of construction). To this end, where possible, we release our houses for sale at an early stage to enable customers to make those important changes and choices that can make all the difference. This flexibility is rarely available when buying a new home and helps set us apart from other housebuilders.

  • High quality fixtures and fittings
  • Wide choice of kitchen, bathroom and tiling options
  • Flexibility to change layouts and specification where possible
  • Traditional construction with all the benefits of the latest energy saving regulations
  • Established builder with consistent workforce delivering quality time after time
  • Dedicated after sales department to deal with defects efficiently

Sustainability

Francis Jackson Homes are proud of their record in this important area, working with Local Authorities to meet the latest requirements of  The Code of Sustainable Homes and in many cases exceeding current standards. We have installed ground source heat pumps at our recent developments in Abbotsley and Frolesworth and will be installing the latest air source heat pump technology at our new sites in Naseby, Little Addington and South Kilworth.

Sustainability not only relates to the homes themselves, we are committed to preserving trees and natural habitats on our sites wherever possible and enhancing these with bespoke landscaping schemes. In addition all fitted electrical appliances are "A" rated as standard.
