Unlike larger housebuilders, we can genuinely claim to be championing sustainability by sourcing all our labour and materials locally from smaller suppliers where possible. We are also proud of our record for building energy efficient homes, including the provision of air source heat pumps, PV panels and installing EV charging points in the majority of our houses.
Our standard specification is second to none, however, when customers reserve in time, we welcome the opportunity to add specific extras or layout changes subject to the stage of construction and additional cost. Whilst not every request can be met, tell us what you would like and we try our best to provide it for you. This flexibility is rarely available when buying a new home and helps set us apart from other housebuilders.
