Guinness South and Francis Jackson Homes are delighted to have reached the final shortlist of three in the "Best Rural Innovation" category at The National Housing Awards, held in September 2013. The Walled & Secret Garden development in Potterspury consists of forty eight homes, with eighteen affordable homes set amongst the open market properties. The affordable housing was built by Francis Jackson Homes to the same standard and with the same materials as the private sale housing. The homes are now managed by Guinness South. We look forward to hearing the results at the awards ceremony on 12th September.
