North Luffenham wins prestigious award!

Honours for recently completed development of 25 homes

We are delighted to announce that our recently completed development of 25 homes in North Luffenham was awarded the prestigious George Phillips Award 2016 for “significant contribution towards conserving the built environment in Rutland” at a ceremony at Oakham Castle last night. The highly acclaimed Uppingham School Science Centre, winner of the 2016 RIBA “Building of the year" in the East Midlands, came second.

The finalists were nominated by Rutland County Council and the Rutland Local History & Record Society. Particular credit goes to our Site Manager Graham Sloan (pictured collecting the award) and his team for project managing and building such a successful development. The site was recognised for how well the prominent former woodyard site had been transformed into a sensitive gateway to the village, built in keeping with the local vernacular.
