Summer 2010 Update

Francis Jackson Homes were pleased to complete the purchase of eight sites in 2009 (ranging from four to twenty six units in size) and have already secured land for over 50 units so far this year. We are actively seeking other suitable opportunities. We have funding agreed to buy further land with or without planning consent and have a reputation for completing deals on time without renegotiation. We ideally look for sites that offer the potential for us to build between four and forty units.

We specialise in purchasing sites subject to planning and have particular experience in the following areas:

• Conditional contracts
• Site assembly and consortium agreements
• Contaminated land
• Conservation Areas
• Farmyard relocation
• Construction of property and accommodation works for landowners
• Option agreements
• Joint ventures
