2012 Update

Francis Jackson Homes have remained very active in the land market in recent years, acquiring over 160 plots across 15 sites since 2009. We have a further 60 plots across 7 sites under contract or acquired pending planning decisions. We continue to seek suitable opportunities and we ideally look for sites that offer the potential for us to build between four and forty units.

We have long term funding agreed to buy further land with or without planning consent and have a reputation for completing deals on time without renegotiation.

We specialise in purchasing sites subject to planning and have particular experience in the following areas:

• Conditional contracts
• Site assembly and consortium agreements
• Contaminated land
• Conservation Areas
• Farmyard relocation
• Construction of property and accommodation works for landowners
• Option agreements
