We have an experienced team of in-house land and planning professionals working in partnership with landowners, councils, and local stakeholders to deliver exceptional housing developments. We have been very active in the land market in recent years purchasing sites with or without planning permission. We are currently looking for sites that offer the potential for us to build between five and fifty homes.
Our Land and Planning Director Paul Johnson MA (Cantab) MA TP MRTPI is a very experienced planning professional including previous roles as a Planning Officer and Planning Consultant. Paul is responsible for assessing new sites and all other planning related matters.
We have long term funding agreed to buy further land with or without planning consent.
