Clixifix is our new easy to use online portal for reporting and managing any defects you have with your home. It also contains a library of useful documents relating to your home that may be invaluable in the future.
Recent purchasers will have received an invitation email from Clixifix with joining instructions. If you have not received an invitation please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you log in. Click below to sign in or access the help sheet.
In the event of an emergency, please call our customer care team on 01234 717700. We are available during office hours, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm except bank holidays. If emergencies occur outside of office hours, please call an emergency tradesperson in the first instance to avoid further damage. We will provide further assistance the next working day.
