We are delighted to anounce that our development, Lavendon Road has won the prestigious Best Small Social Housing Development category at the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2023 for the Central region. The development will now go forward to the national finals for the awards.
The award is for outstanding construction and is a huge credit to our Project Manager David Opoka and his team of sub-contractors who were responsible for this development.
Francis Jackson Homes are honoured to win this competitive category for the Central region, which includes Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire.
Additionally our Project Manager, Steve Ratcliffe has won the LABC Best Residential Site Manager also for the Central Region, for the third successive year. While Colin Boyles has been Highly Commended in the same category.
