In addition to the continuation of building on our sites at Houlton, Rugby and Glapthorn (near Oundle), we have started work on our new development at Little Houghton where the first homes will be ready in the spring. Phase two of our North Kilworth development, Oakridge, will also be starting in 2024, a further nine homes.
In the longer term we have exciting sites at zone 3 of Priors Hall Park and Turvey.
