We are delighted to have started work on site at Monument Way, our third development at Priors Hall Park. A stunning location on the edge of the archaelogical preservation area overlooking a new play area including amphitheatre which is due to open in autumn 2026.

The new development will comprise of 52 high quality homes ranging from two to five bedrooms featuring exceptional standard specifications: air source heat pumps with underfloor heating to ground floor (houses only), individually designed kitchens including quartz worktops, double glazed timber windows and EV chargers.

The initial homes currently being built are plots 21 - 26 and 5 - 8, the first of which will be ready for occupation from autumn 2026.
